潘 杰
四川大学华西公共卫生学院/华西第四医院院长，教授，博士生导师，四川大学健康城市发展研究中心（成都市社科联哲学社会科学重点研究基地）主任，四川大学西部农村卫生发展研究中心（美国中华医学基金会合作研究中心）主任，长期从事公共卫生教学和卫生政策科研工作，致力于主动健康与价值医疗研究，推进社区健康促进和政策转化实践。近年受国家自科基金、盖茨基金会等资助展开课题研究多项，担任教育部公共卫生与预防医学类专业教指委委员、《Health Policy in Asia》主编、《现代预防医学》主编，世界银行短期顾问、亚洲开发银行项目顾问、中国卫生经济学会青委会副主任委员、四川省青联委员，获省部级奖励5项。
